Generated artifacts

SaaS.bot, operated by ClosedLoop Technologies, LLC, creates generated artifacts, proof records, and related assets when a user or authorized agent runs a workflow. Demo cards stay visible in your dashboard for 30 days, then move to your archive. Card content and generated assets are deleted after 6 months.

Generation traces

Creative generation traces, including prompts, model responses, parsed outputs, and moderation results, are retained for debugging, safety review, abuse investigation, and product reliability work. These traces are visible only to authorized admins.

Payments

Payment transaction records and Stripe receipt links are retained indefinitely so purchases can be reconciled, audited, and recovered. SaaS.bot does not store card numbers; Stripe handles payment details.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, or similar laws may give you rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. Email Sean+saasbot@closedloop.tech to request access, deletion, correction, or opt-out review for SaaS.bot account, artifact, payment, and generation records.

AI providers and traces

SaaS.bot may send prompts, generated outputs, moderation inputs, and related technical metadata to configured AI, storage, email, payment, logging, and hosting providers. Production provider choices must match the deployed environment and this policy before public launch claims are made.
